What sizes of storage units do you offer?

We offer a variety of unit sizes ranging from 5x10, 10X10, 10X15, 10X20, 10X30, and 12X35 storage units.

Outdoor parking for Car, Boat and RV.

Contract Storages 15 X 40, No power or insulation.

Contractor Storage 20 X 50, with 200 amp power and insulated.

Warehouse 25 X 50, 50 X 50 Insulated, 100 amp power and water.

Warehouse, contractor garage, shop 60 X 40, 60 X 80 insulated, 200 amp power, water and sewer.

What type of security measures do you have in place?

Our facility is equipped with 24-hour video surveillance, electronic gate access, and 7 days a week onsite manager.

Do you offer climate-controlled units?

We do not offer small climate-controlled units. All our contractor and warehouse building are insulated.

Will I have to purchase insurance?

All contractor storage, warehouses and shops require tenant to carry liability insurance.
